Refunds and Return Policy

At Mr. Misc., we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That’s why we offer a fair return policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you wish to return an item purchased on our website, please follow these steps:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at returns@mrmisc.com. Please include your name, order number and reason you are returning the item.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and packaging, including any documentation, and ship it back to us within 10 business days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference, within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) at our warehouse. If the item(s) is returned in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. If the item(s) is damaged, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

Please note the following:

We do not accept returns on final sale items, customized or personalized products, or gift cards.

Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
